What happens after I place my order online?

After your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If any of your items are out of stock or we are unable to process payment. We will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order.  After your order is processed, we will notify you by email when your order has reached our warehouse for picking or delivery. We will also contact you by email when your order is shipped with the relevant tracking information. Please note that our pick-up and delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday. No pick-up and delivery is scheduled on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

We take payment security very seriously & for that reason we only accept Paypal and Credit Card for the online payments to ensure that our clients have all the protection required to make an online payment.
