By using this site, you claim full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.  Under no circumstance will " Button and Fashion " contact you for your account and/or password information. " Button and Fashion " reserves the rights to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, or cancel orders under its sole discretion.

Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe the product's appearance in each description we write. Our observations of the product are done in natural light and we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, in spite of our best intentions, we can never guarantee the exact colours that you see in our product photos due to the simple fact that colour calibrations differ from screen to screen. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns.

However, in the case of a large discrepancy between the product and its description, you may consider requesting to return the product for a full refund.  Please contact us for a return authorization.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or circumstances outside our control for which we will not be responsible. Button and Fashion  retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you must undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Shipping Policy

All items purchased from Button and Fashion are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  Any shipping times listed is only for reference.  Button and Fashion does not guarantee any shipping times.  Button and Fashion and its carrier does not provide shipment tracking.  Please refer to our Shipping page for more information. 

Return Policy

You may return most new and unopened items within 7 days of receipt with reason. Please contact a customer service to obtain your return authorization prior to return. Only items sold by the piece may be returned or exchanged. Items sold by the yard. (eg. ribbon, trim, lace, etc.) are non-refundable. Returns will also be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee which will be included as credit for your next purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded (including shipping charges that were waived in the original order) and will be deducted from the refund amount.
